Iris Sagitta is a Hungarian-American freelance photographer based in the New York Metropolitan Area, specializing in fine art portraiture and analog photography processes. Sagitta's mediums of preference include 35mm, medium format, 4x5, Polaroid, cyanotype, and digital/multimedia. Themes of intimacy, femininity, and queerness are central to her work.
Sagitta has continued volunteer experience at the Penumbra Foundation in New York City and has studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology and the International Center of Photography. Sagitta's work has been featured recently at the Galerie Joseph's Paris Photo Off 2023, in No Agency New York's No Erotica #3, the ImageNation New York March 2024 show in TriBeca, and at the CLOSE CALL Photography Exhibition in June 2024.
